Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at UClean in New Delhi. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography for various marketing materials and brand assets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute innovative design concepts for various marketing materials, including digital campaigns, print collateral, social media graphics, and packaging.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
3. Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
4. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
7. Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.

Who can apply

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print projects.
5. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
7. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
