Job Title: Graphic Designer
Experience: Entry-Level
Job Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to determine visual requirements.
- Conceptualise visuals and present ideas through rough drafts to stakeholders.
- Assist Marketing Manager in developing marketing collaterals & supporting documents for business development.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for colors and layouts in each graphic.
- Collaborate with copywriters and creatives to produce final designs.
- Test graphics across various media, incorporating feedback for design improvements.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand.
Required Skills:
- User-centric approach to enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proficiency in design software: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Strong skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and within deadlines.
- Inclination towards producing impactful work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's in design, Fine Arts, or a certified course in designing. The work experience in graphic design will have an added advantage.
