Timings: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm IST
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am - 11:30am IST for brainstorming sessions

We are now seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer who is exceptionally strong in creative design, visual storytelling, and video editing, and who can elevate our brand presence through high-quality, research-driven design across all digital and print channels.
Job Description
To succeed in this role, you should have deep knowledge of graphic design, visual systems, digital-first design principles, and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing strategic branding projects from concept to final production across multiple formats. This includes brand identity development, digital content, video editing, packaging design, social media creatives, campaign assets, and print-led work.
The ideal candidate is someone who is highly creative, design-obsessed, and detail-oriented, with strong research skills and the ability to understand brand context deeply before creating.
Ultimately, you will ensure that TSquared maintains strong, cohesive, and consistent visual standards across all its brands by delivering high-quality output under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Design and execute projects from concept to delivery across all TSquared brands. Create original design assets including social media posts, video/reel concepts, brand identity elements, packaging, newsletters, emailers, campaign creatives, display ads, and print materials. Develop digital ads for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Build, maintain, and regularly update design templates and visual assets for all platforms. Uphold and evolve the brand’s graphic design standards and guidelines. Conduct thorough research before designing, ensuring strong conceptual relevance and strategic alignment. Work collaboratively with the design, content, and creative teams to bring ideas to life. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns and brand storytelling.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a design agency or similar professional environment. Proven work experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a visually creative role. A strong portfolio showcasing completed design projects across digital and print. Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD, and related tools. Strong aesthetic sensibility with a keen eye for composition, colour, typography, and motion. Attention to detail and a passion for crafting high-quality visual work. Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and collaborate effectively within a team. Solid understanding of video editing principles; prior experience in video creation is preferred. Strong research skills and the ability to derive design direction from insights. Dedication, passion, and a proactive mindset that aligns with our fast-paced creative environment. Experience in the fitness industry is a bonus.
