Role: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing
Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including product packaging, labels, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and effective visual campaigns.
- Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all design assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into your design work.
- Manage and organize design files and assets for easy accessibility.
- Work with external vendors or agencies as needed for specialized design projects.
- Provide design support for various departments within the company, including product development and sales.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the FMCG industry or consumer goods sector.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including packaging and marketing materials.- Mandatory.
