Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer (2–4 years’ experience) who can create visually compelling, brand-aligned, and performance-driven visuals and designs across multiple touchpoints.
This role requires someone who understands that design is not just aesthetics—it is communication, consistency, and conversion. You will work across brand design & collateral, social media, advertising, and website assets, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact brand language for every client.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Design & Collateral (Core Responsibility)
a. Design and develop complete brand identity system
b. Create logo variations, typography systems, and colour palettes
c. Develop brand guidelines/brand books
d. Design business collaterals, including:
i. Stationery design (Business card, Letterhead & Envelope)
ii. Email signatures
iii. Brochures & company profiles
iv. Pitch decks / presentations
v. Packaging design (if applicable)
e. Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
2. Social Media Creatives
a. Design creatives for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
b. Create:
i. Static posts
ii. Carousel creatives
iii. Reel covers & thumbnails
c. Ensure designs are platform-first, scroll-stopping, and brand-aligned
3. Ad Creatives (Performance Marketing)
a. Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other platforms
b. Create multiple variations for A/B testing
c. Align designs with campaign objectives and audience targeting
d. Work closely with performance team to improve CTR and engagement
4. Website & Digital Creatives
a. Design:
i. Website banners
ii. Landing page sections
iii. UI elements and visual assets
b. Ensure designs are aligned with UX clarity and conversion goals
i. Support SEO-friendly and mobile-first design approach
5. Campaign & Creative Execution
a. Translate marketing strategies into visual concepts and campaigns
b. Maintain consistency across cross-channel campaigns
c. Ensure timely delivery and adaptability across formats
6. Collaboration & Workflow
a. Work closely with:
i. Content strategists
ii. Performance marketers
iii. Account managers
b. Understand briefs and deliver creatives aligned with brand and business goals
c. Take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently
Skills & Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design / digital design
• Strong proficiency in:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o Adobe InDesign
o Canva
• Good understanding of:
o Typography
o Layout & grid systems
o Colour theory
• Experience designing for:
o Brand identity
o Social media
o Digital campaigns
• Ability to create clean, minimal, and impactful designs
• Understanding of platform-first design approach
Good to Have (Plus Point)
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
(After Effects / Premiere Pro or similar tools)
• Experience with Figma or UI/UX tools
• Understanding of branding systems and storytelling through design
• Exposure to an agency or a fast-paced environment
• Hunger to learn and stay updated with new tools, software and AI platforms.
