We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer
📍 Onsite – Kakkanad, Kochi
🧑💻 Experience: 2–4 Years
At ThriveMinds, we believe great design is strategy made visible. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and help strengthen our brand presence across digital and print platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Create engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, website assets, and marketing materials
• Design motion graphics, reels, and video edits
• Develop infographics, brochures, presentations, and other brand collaterals
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, colour, and visual style
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-impact campaign visuals
• Support UI assets and landing page designs
Tools & Skills
• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Adobe XD / Figma
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and print production (CMYK)
• Familiarity with AI tools like Adobe Firefly or Midjourney is a plus
• Basic 3D knowledge (Blender / Cinema 4D) is an advantage
Experience & Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (digital + print)
