Graphic Designer

The Role
We are looking for a versatile and highly communicative Graphic Designer to join our team. At Think Verge, design is about visual storytelling that drives our marketing and technical initiatives forward.
You will be the visual voice of our brand across multiple touchpoints, from B2B social media channels to high-stakes pitch decks. What sets this role apart is the need for a "hybrid" mindset: we need a designer with exceptional communication and copywriting sensibilities. You won't just drop text into a layout; you will actively read, understand, and refine the copy to ensure the final product is cohesive, impactful, and perfectly balanced.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Brand Stewardship: Manage and evolve the visual identities of multiple brands and subbrands.
- Digital & Social Media Assets: Design compelling creatives tailored specifically for professional platforms, primarily LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Content Marketing Collateral: Create highly engaging supporting images and layouts for blogs, in-depth case studies, and whitepapers.
- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Develop high-converting, click-optimized ad creatives for paid performance marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Ads.
- Complex Data Visualization: Take technical whitepapers, case studies, and raw data and transform them into "save-worthy" infographics. You make the complex look intuitive.
- Sales & Pitch Narrative: Transform technical concepts into stunning, high-stakes pitch decks. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure our presentations reflect a premium, professional standard.
- Website Design: Support the continuous improvement of the website with fresh visual assets and user-centric web designs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with both the Marketing and Technical teams to conceptualize and develop materials that accurately reflect our solutions and campaigns.
- Copy & Design Synergy: Take ownership of the text-to-design fit. Use your exceptional communication skills to independently suggest improvements, trim words, or adjust copy formatting when it doesn't align with the visual hierarchy, without needing to wait for a copywriter's approval.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with a portfolio showcasing B2B work, social media campaigns, web design, and professional presentations.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Flawless written and verbal English. You must be comfortable reading marketing copy, understanding the core message, and confidently editing or suggesting changes to make it fit the design perfectly.
- Software Proficiency:
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Motion Graphics (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
- Advanced use of AI Tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Canva Magic Studio) to accelerate workflow and asset generation.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand the "why" behind a design request and translate marketing and technical briefs into intuitive visual solutions.
- Team Player & Independent Executor: Comfortable collaborating with developers and marketers, but fully capable of taking a project from brief to final delivery independently.
