About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling digital-first enterprise operating across branding, marketing automation, and client experience design, we empower global B2B and B2C brands with visually compelling, data-informed design systems. Our remote-first creative team ships high-impact campaigns, UI/UX assets, and brand collateral at velocity—leveraging design thinking, agile workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable engagement and conversion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-fidelity visual assets—including social media creatives, landing pages, email templates, and presentation decks—aligned with brand guidelines and campaign KPIs.
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling visual narratives using typography, color theory, layout, and motion principles for maximum user impact.
- Collaborate with copywriters, product managers, and growth marketers to co-create campaign assets that drive CTR, leads, and brand recall.
- Iterate rapidly on design concepts based on A/B test results, stakeholder feedback, and platform-specific UX best practices.
- Manage version control and asset libraries using cloud-based design systems (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) and ensure cross-platform responsiveness.
- Contribute to brand evolution by suggesting visual innovations, style guide updates, and accessibility improvements across digital touchpoints.
