Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Indore. The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and learning materials. Responsibilities include developing design concepts aligned with brand guidelines, collaborating with educators and marketers to translate ideas into clear visual narratives, and iterating designs based on feedback. The role also involves preparing production-ready files, maintaining design libraries, and staying current with design trends and best practices to support innovative educational experiences.
Qualifications
- Ability to design engaging digital and print materials using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Skills in visual communication, layout, typography, color theory, and branding to create consistent, on-brand designs.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, education) and translating concepts into clear visual outputs.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative design work, preferably including educational, e-learning, or marketing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Comfort working on-site in Indore, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
