#Hiring: Graphic Designer (Remote | UK Shift)
We’re looking for a graphic designer who can think beyond templates and bring strong visual ideas to life.
This role is ideal for someone with marketing agency experience, who has worked across different brands and understands how to adapt design styles based on the audience and objective.
If you’re someone who works fast, thinks smart, and uses AI as a creative advantage - not a shortcut - we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Work On
- Creatives for digital marketing: social media, amazon A+, performance ads, emailers, blogs, landing pages
- Brand-led designs across multiple clients (not repetitive/template-based work)
- Basic print designs (flyers, brochures, packaging support, etc.)
- Concept development and visual storytelling based on brief
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a marketing agency environment
- A diverse portfolio showcasing work across different brands/industries
- Strong visual sense- typography, layout, color, and composition
- Ability to understand briefs independently and translate them into concepts
- Someone who can explain their design thinking clearly
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working remotely in a team setup
AI Skills (High Priority)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Kling, or similar
- Ability to use AI for ideation, speed, and creative enhancement
- Portfolio must include AI-assisted or AI-generated design work
- Awareness of how AI is shaping modern design workflows
Tools & Skills
- Adobe(mandatory), Figma or any other editing tools.
- Basic video editing (bonus, not mandatory)
- Understanding of both digital and print design fundamentals
