Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining the othr’s visual language across all touchpoints - packaging, digital assets, website UI elements, social media, and marketing communication.
This role goes beyond execution. We are looking for a modern, detail-oriented designer with strong aesthetic sense and the ability to think in systems — ensuring the brand looks consistent, premium, and distinctive everywhere it appears.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Visual System & Consistency
- Maintain and evolve theothr’s core visual language
- Ensure consistency across all platforms - digital, physical, and experiential
- Translate brand strategy into clear, cohesive design systems
- Act as a visual gatekeeper for the brand
2. Creative Asset Design
- Design high-quality assets for social media, digital ads, website, email, and presentations
- Create campaign creatives, launch assets, and promotional materials
- Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining brand integrity
3. Packaging & Product Design Support
- Assist in packaging design for products and limited drops
- Work closely with product and production teams to ensure print-ready accuracy
- Maintain packaging guidelines and version control
4. UI & UX Design Support
- Design and update website UI elements, banners, landing pages, and visual flows
- Collaborate with developers and growth teams to improve usability and conversion
- Ensure digital interfaces align with brand aesthetics and performance goals
5. Collaboration & Creative Execution
- Work closely with content creators, photographers, and marketers
- Support shoots, campaigns, and launches with strong visual assets
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, out-of-the-box design thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
Preferred Background
- Design graduate or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with D2C, lifestyle, fashion, food, or culture brands
- Exposure to packaging, UI/UX, or brand systems is a plus

- Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Comfortable with feedback and iterations
- Curious, experimental, and trend-aware
- Understands branding, not just visuals
