The Role:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 1–1.5 years of experience who can go beyond execution and actually think. Not just do what's told but think.
- Translate ideas into strong visual outputs
- Understand brand voice and maintain consistency
- Work fast without compromising quality
- Take ownership of design, not just tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing high-quality creatives across digital platforms
- Creating brand-aligned visual systems and assets
- Working on typography-driven layouts and concepts
- Contributing to ideation, not just execution
- Iterating fast and delivering within timelines
- Using AI tools to enhance speed, output, and creativity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in design principles, layout, and composition
- Good understanding of branding and visual identity
- Strong grammatical and english language skills (this is non-negotiable)
- Understanding of content + design integration
- Ability to think in campaigns, not just single creatives
- Proficiency with Canva (must)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (must)
- Familiarity with AI tools and how to use them in design workflows (must)
- Strong english language proficiency (written + verbal )
- Ability to understand briefs beyond what’s written
- Attention to detail (you notice the small things others miss)
