Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based at The Aryan International School in Varanasi. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual materials for school branding, including logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and event collateral. Responsibilities include collaborating with school leadership and staff to develop design concepts, maintaining visual consistency across all communication channels, and preparing graphics for both print and digital use. The role involves working within established brand guidelines while introducing fresh, age-appropriate and value-aligned design ideas that support the school’s educational mission.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for print and digital communication.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Strong understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging designs.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
- Ability to translate educational concepts and school values into effective visual content.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and administrative staff.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
