About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in creating high-quality visual assets across digital platforms. This role spans static creatives, event marketing collateral, and video content including product demos and feature videos that enhance campaigns, brand communication, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Static & Digital Creatives
- Design engaging static creatives for social media, blogs, website pages, and marketing campaigns
- Create carousel posts, banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines
- Develop visual assets for blog content to improve readability and user engagement
- Support sales and marketing teams with presentation visuals and promotional creatives
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and layout across all design outputs
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms (LinkedIn, website, email, social media, etc.)
Events Marketing
- Design event collateral including banners, standees, booth graphics, stage backdrops and all other printables.
- Create pre-event and post-event promotional creatives for social media and email campaigns
- Develop on-brand visual kits for webinars, conferences, trade shows, and product launches
- Coordinate with the events team to deliver print-ready and digital assets within production timelines
Video Content
- End-to-end production of product demo videos, feature walkthroughs, and explainer content
- Edit and post-produce video content including cuts, transitions, motion text, and sound sync
- Design thumbnails, intro/outro screens, and in-video graphics for YouTube and social platforms
- Collaborate with product and content teams to script and storyboard video narratives
- Ensure all video content meets platform specs and brand standards across channels
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Good understanding of layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for social media, digital marketing, and events
- Ability to handle high-volume creative output with consistency across formats
- Understanding of branding, content design, and marketing principles
Good to Have
- Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects
- Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design workflows
- Experience with 3D or animation tools
- Understanding of content marketing, digital campaigns, and event marketing workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate ideation, generate visual references, and augment creative workflows
Experience
2–4 years of experience in graphic design, with demonstrable work across digital creatives, event collateral, and video content. Experience in a digital marketing or SaaS environment is preferred
