Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content for our brand. The role involves designing high-quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, creativity, and visual communication, along with hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver impactful and visually appealing creatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, branding materials, and digital advertisements
- Create visual assets such as social media posts, banners, posters, thumbnails, brochures, and other marketing creatives
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and high-quality visual standards
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for social media and digital campaigns
- Optimize creatives for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream)
- 6 months to 1 year of full-time experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Illustrator or Canva is a plus
- Understanding of social media content formats and digital creatives
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and design sense
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design work is required
