We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to lead creative projects and deliver visually compelling designs. The role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute design strategies aligned with business goals
- Create high-quality designs for digital, print, and social media
- Lead concept development and ensure brand consistency
- Mentor and guide the design team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Stay updated with design trends and tools
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and vendors
- Build and maintain design systems and style guides
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and basic MS Office/tools like Trello or Jira
- Good understanding of typography, color, and layout
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Good time management and adaptability
