Role Description
Tara Paints Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer based in Ahmedabad. The role involves working on packaging, product design, and marketing creatives across multiple business segments.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Product Design
- Design paint buckets, metal tins, and industrial packaging
- Redesign and improve existing packaging formats
- Create label systems and product variants
Marketing & Creative Work
- Design posters, hoardings, banners, flyers, and dealer materials
- Create infographics and sales support visuals
- Develop social media creatives and campaign designs
Branding & Content
- Maintain consistency across brand visuals
- Design brochures, catalogues, TDS/MSDS documents
- Support retail branding, including store boards and in-store graphics
Mockups & Visualization
- Create 2D/3D mockups for products and marketing use
- Assist in visualizing store layouts and branding concepts
Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Manage multiple design tasks within deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience in packaging design and branding
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color usage
- Attention to detail and execution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field
Good to Have
- Experience in paint or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of print production and materials
- Basic understanding of 3D mockups
- Exposure to AI design tools
