Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Sri Ganganagar. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and internal communications. Responsibilities include developing and refining logos and brand assets, selecting and applying typography, and ensuring all designs align with established brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing and other teams to translate project requirements into compelling visual solutions, preparing files for print and digital output, and iterating on feedback to deliver high-quality, on-time work. The Graphic Designer will also stay up-to-date with design trends and software tools to continuously improve the visual quality of the company’s materials.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating professional-quality work.
- Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding assets that support a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility across formats.
- Practical experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow and develop brand guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret project briefs and incorporate feedback.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media is beneficial; familiarity with pre-press and file preparation is a plus.
