About Docket
Docket is the Agentic Marketing platform for B2B revenue teams. Our AI Marketing Agent engages website visitors in real conversations 24/7—qualifying intent, answering product questions, booking meetings, and syncing full context into CRM.

The Role
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to make Docket look and feel like a category leader. You’ll own high-output marketing design: social creatives, carousels, landing-page visuals, decks, and campaign assets.
This is not “make it pretty.” This is a design
that drives clarity, trust, and conversion.
What You’ll Own
- Marketing design production: LinkedIn carousels, launch creatives, ads, one-pagers, decks
- Brand system: Layout, typography, templates, component library—built for speed + consistency
- Creative iteration: Variants for performance (ads and social)
- Cross-functional partnership: Work tightly with content and social to ship daily/weekly
- Quality bar: Modern, clean, high-signal design that matches the product’s ambition
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- A scalable design system (templates + components) that speeds up output
- Consistent, recognizable Docket visual language across social + web
- Faster creative turnaround without quality dropping
- Social creatives that materially improve engagement/CTR
Requirements
Must-have
- Portfolio showing marketing-first design (not only brand posters)
- Strong layout + typography fundamentals
- Comfortable designing fast in a startup environment
- Figma proficiency (preferred), Adobe suite ok
- Ability to take rough input and produce clean output quickly
Nice-to-have
- Motion basics (micro-animations, simple video edits)
- B2B SaaS design experience
- Experience working with performance marketing teams
