Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how founders and brands are visually represented on LinkedIn. This is not just a design execution role. You will contribute to visual storytelling, brand positioning, and content strategy.
You will work closely with Content Writers, Client Account Managers, and the Marketing team to create high quality, strategic creatives that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution
• Create LinkedIn creatives, carousels, banners, and branded visual assets.
• Translate written content into engaging, structured, and visually appealing formats.
• Ensure designs align with brand voice, tone, and positioning.
• Deliver high quality drafts with minimal revisions.
Collaboration and Strategy
• Work closely with Content Writers to understand content intent and messaging.
• Coordinate with Client Account Managers to incorporate client feedback.
• Participate in discussions to understand client strategy before execution.
Quality and Ownership
• Maintain consistency across multiple client brand kits and styles.
• Ensure all creatives are original, accurate, and client ready.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
• Take complete ownership of feedback, revisions, and final delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a content, branding, or agency setup.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand and business goals, aligned with how the assignment evaluates strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work.
Tools and Skills:
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Understanding of LinkedIn content formats and visual trends.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
