Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals for the roles of Graphic Designer Intern, Full-Time Graphic Designer, and Freelance Graphic Designer. Candidates with strong design sense, creativity, and knowledge of visual branding are encouraged to apply.
1. Graphic Designer Intern
Duration: 3 Month
Compensation Structure:
1st Month: Unpaid Internship (Training & Evaluation Period)
2nd & 3rd Month: ₹5,000/month (Fixed Stipend based on performance evaluation)
Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create social media creatives, banners, and marketing visuals
Assist in branding and content design for clients
Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution
Ensure timely delivery of creatives
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
Understanding of social media trends and visual aesthetics
Creativity and attention to detail
2. Graphic Designer (Full-Time)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (Fixed Salary Slab)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design creatives for social media, advertisements, branding, and marketing campaigns
Create posters, banners, ad creatives, thumbnails, and promotional materials
Coordinate with teams to understand requirements and revisions
Maintain design consistency and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools
Strong understanding of layouts, typography, branding, and design principles
Prior experience preferred
Portfolio showcasing creative work is mandatory
3. Freelance Graphic Designer
