Hey!
We’re Looking for a Graphic Designer
At Syncopated Marketing, we help DTC brands turn email into a high-performing revenue channel through strategy, copy, and design that converts. We’re looking for an Email Designer who understands that great design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about driving clicks, engagement, and revenue.
What you’ll do:
Design high-converting, mobile-first email campaigns for DTC brands
Work closely with copywriters and strategists to bring campaigns to life
Create clean, conversion-focused layouts that guide user action
Continuously iterate based on performance and feedback
What we’re looking for:
2–6 years of experience in email or performance-focused design
Strong command of Figma and a sharp eye for layout, hierarchy, and typography
Understanding of what makes an email convert (CTAs, structure, flow)
Ability to work fast, independently, and with attention to detail
A portfolio that shows both creativity and results-driven thinking
Location: Bhopal
Type: Full-time
