Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to act as a strategic creative partner for the Internal Communications team. The candidate will play a key role in shaping visual storytelling, enhancing brand identity, and delivering high-quality creative assets for internal communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging assets for internal campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and digital communication channels.
- Create branding elements, infographics, illustrations, layouts, and motion graphics.
- Translate complex business messages into clear, impactful visual designs.
- Support design requirements for employee engagement, HR initiatives, L&D programs, and leadership communications.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality output within deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver creative solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Experience with tools like Figma, Canva
- Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design
- Experience in creating corporate/internal communication designs
- Ability to conceptualize design ideas (not just execution)
