At Sproute Media, we believe design is not just about making things look good.

We work with businesses across industries from local brands to international clients helping them grow through creative content, marketing systems, and bold ideas.
Now we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who enjoys creating, experimenting and bringing ideas to life on social media.
This is not a “sit quietly and design templates” type of job.
We want someone who enjoys thinking, experimenting, and creating content that stands out.
What You’ll Be Creating
Your work will live across multiple platforms and brands.
You’ll design:
• Instagram posts and carousels
• Instagram story creatives
• Reel covers and thumbnails
• YouTube thumbnails
• Social media campaign creatives
• Festival creatives and marketing posts
• Basic print creatives (banners, standees, etc.)
If you enjoy turning ideas into visual storytelling, you’ll enjoy working here.
Skills We’re Looking For
You should be comfortable with:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva
• Basic Illustrator (optional but helpful)
• Layout and typography understanding
• Social media design trends
Bonus points if you know:
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
• How to use AI creatively to generate concepts or design ideas
Language Requirement
Most of our client work is bilingual.
So you should be comfortable designing in:
• English
• Marathi
Especially for Marathi social media content and typography.

0–2 years preferred.
Freshers with strong design skills and portfolio are welcome.
