About the Role:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience who can create high-quality visual and video assets across digital and physical formats. The role blends strong design fundamentals with the smart use of AI-powered tools to deliver fast, scalable, and brand-consistent creatives for corporate communication, service marketing, ads, roll-ups, presentations, and shortform videos.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce marketing creatives, including:
- Social media and digital ads
- Website and landing page visuals
- Roll-ups, brochures, pitch decks, and print collaterals
- Corporate video and service-led visual assets
• Create and edit short-form and explainer videos for digital platforms
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, design, video, and audio production
• Translate briefs into clear, compelling visual stories
• Ensure brand consistency across all outputs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines
• Continuously explore new tools, formats, and design trends
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and visual communication
• Strong proficiency in modern design and video tools, including:
o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro)
o Wondershare Filmora
o Canva (advanced usage for scalable design systems)
• Experience working with AI-powered creative platforms, such as:
o Google Veo
o Gemini
o Whisk
o ElevenLabs (voice/audio generation)
• Solid understanding of:
o Typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
o Digital-first design and performance marketing creatives
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality
What We’re Looking For:
- A portfolio showcasing corporate communication, service marketing, and advertising design work
- Experience working with B2B, services, enterprise brands, creative agencies
- Understanding of social media platform formats and ad specifications
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Exposure to brand guideline creation or scaling design systems
- A self-starter who can own design tasks end-to-end.
Location: Malad (East), Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 Years
Working Days: Monday-Friday, work from office
Work Timings: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM
Compensation: Based on your current CTC/Competitive as per industry standards
