Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
Key Responsibilities
• Design creatives for social media (posts, stories, banners, reels thumbnails)
• Create branding materials such as brochures, pamphlets, posters, standees, and hoardings
• Design layouts for presentations, pitch decks, and reports
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop campaign creatives
• Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Work on event creatives including backdrops, LED screens, flex, and banners
• Ensure timely delivery of designs as per project timelines
• Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience in designing for digital and print media
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
• Understanding of social media trends and formats
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or event-based projects
