Graphic Designer & Creative Generalist

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer & Creative Generalist to manage the visual communication across Souzagad (hospitality), DDS and BCS (architecture & design).
What You’ll Do
- Design social media posts, campaigns, ads, brochures, presentations and other brand collateral.
- Edit reels, videos and short-form content.
- Design and update website pages and landing pages.
- Create presentations and visual content for architecture projects.
- Develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency across all three brands.
- Work closely with founders and teams to turn ideas into strong visual content.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic/visual design.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.
- Comfortable with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, composition and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of web design and UI/UX.
- Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Bonus
- Experience in architecture, interiors, hospitality or premium/lifestyle brands.
- Photography/videography or motion graphics skills.
- Familiarity with Wix
- Experience using AI tools in creative workflows.
