Job Title: Graphic Designer (Camtasia Specialist)
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer with strong Camtasia expertise to join our learning content production team. This role is ideal for someone who can combine graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling to create engaging blended learning and training content.
The ideal candidate should be capable of not only designing visuals and editing videos, but also reviewing, refining, and enhancing storyboards/scripts to ensure they are visually effective, instructionally aligned, and production-ready.
This role requires someone who understands how to transform content into compelling learner-centric visual experiences rather than simply executing design tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine storyboards, scripts, and visual briefs for blended learning/video modules.
- Translate complex concepts into visually engaging learning materials.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance content visualization.
- Design high-quality visual assets including illustrations, icons, diagrams, infographics, and branded graphics.
- Develop layouts and templates aligned with brand and instructional guidelines.
- Edit and produce learning/training videos using Camtasia.
- Incorporate animations, transitions, annotations, callouts, zoom effects, and screen recordings.
- Conduct final reviews of learning content and videos before delivery.
- Ensure all outputs meet visual, instructional, and brand quality standards.
- Maintain consistency across projects and content formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or e-learning content development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Camtasia (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects/Premiere Pro preferred).
- Excellent visual storytelling and design sensibility.
- Ability to interpret instructional content and improve its visual execution.
- High attention to detail and quality control.
