Job Description
A Graphic Designer translates client narratives into compelling visual stories. The role centers on designing pitch decks, press kits, infographics, and social media assets to elevate brand presence, requiring a blend of strategic communication and design software proficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Media & PR Collaterals: Design high-impact pitch decks, press release visuals, newsletters, and media kits for client onboarding and campaign launches.
- Data Visualization: Convert complex data, statistics, and press coverage metrics into engaging, easy-to-understand infographics.
- Digital & Social Assets: Create striking visual assets tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter), blogs, and digital ad campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to the brand guidelines of diverse clients simultaneously.
- Campaign Ideation: Collaborate closely with PR Account Manager and content teams to brainstorm visual angles for brand storytelling and earned media.
- Quality & Timelines: Manage multiple, fast-paced projects with tight deadlines, ensuring error-free final output across both print and digital mediums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Expert command over Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere/After Effects for basic video/motion graphics).
- Creative Flair: Strong portfolio demonstrating an exceptional eye for typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Communication: Understanding of media and public relations dynamics to ensure the design captures the intended public perception.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 4 years of experience, preferably within an advertising agency, digital marketing firm, or PR agency in India
