🚨 Urgent Hiring – Graphic Designer 🎨✨
Location: Nagpur – On-Site
Experience: 1 to 5+Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month
Employment Type: Full-Time
🎨 About the Role
We are looking for a Pure Graphic Designer who is genuinely passionate about design and wants to focus only on designing.
This role is specifically for someone who has strong hands-on experience creating social media creatives, branding designs, advertisements and other visual content. We are not looking for a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Video Editor, Prompt Engineer or a candidate whose primary work is AI-generated design.
We need a designer who understands what works visually across different industries and stays updated with current social media design trends, creative styles and changing audience preferences.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. Create high-quality social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, banners and branding materials
2. Develop creative concepts based on the client's industry, brand identity and target audience
3. Work with clients from different industries and adapt designs according to their requirements
4. Understand and implement current social media design trends
Stay updated with trending layouts, typography, visual styles, creative formats and design approaches
5. Create designs that are not only attractive but also relevant to the client's industry and current market trends
6. Follow brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and originality
7. Collaborate with the Content, Social Media and Marketing teams to convert ideas into effective visual creatives
8. Handle multiple client projects and deliver designs within deadlines
Maintain consistency in the visual identity of different brands
🔹 What We’re Looking For
1. 1–3 years of professional Graphic Design experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva knowledge is an added advantage
2. Experience working with multiple industries/brands is highly preferred
Strong understanding of social media design trends
3. Ability to identify what type of creative works for different industries and audiences
4. Strong knowledge of composition, typography, colour, layout and branding
5. Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail
6. Ability to conceptualise and create designs independently
7. Strong portfolio demonstrating original graphic design work
