About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling designs. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for social media, branding, advertising, and digital campaigns. You'll work closely with our content, marketing, and video teams to deliver creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Develop brand identities including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and presentations
- Design email templates, infographics, and web graphics
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing team on campaign visuals
- Resize and adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms
- Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all outputs
- Stay updated with design trends and apply fresh ideas to projects
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong working knowledge of Canva
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency
- Knowledge of UI/UX basics and web design
- Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience
