Job Description

A designer with an eye for balanced design and aesthetics, with experience designing for online and print.
Should be a visual storyteller and able to transform information, messages, and concepts into high-quality assets that educate, inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand, keeping in mind the visual language and brand tone
Understanding of design context and content.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills

Bachelor's degree in Creative Arts /Design preferred
Minimum 2-5 years of total experience.
Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing aesthetic awareness and design problem-solving abilities.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and familiarity with design tools like Sketch.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain design decisions.
Adaptability: Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software tools.
Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
Exceptional eye for detail and ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
Excellent communication skills, including clearly explaining design decisions in words and writing.
The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders in your design work.
Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
