About the Role
We are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team at Sharda Global Events Pvt. Ltd. If you believe that great design is about storytelling and "Return on Emotion" (ROE) rather than just ticking boxes, we want you. You will be responsible for defining the visual language of high-stakes corporate summits, massive campus festivals, and our own brand presence.
Core Responsibilities
- Event Branding: Designing high-impact event posters, backdrops, standees, and stage visuals.
- Social Media: Creating scroll-stopping content and carousels for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Identity Design: Crafting professional logos and brand guidelines for new projects.
- Print Media: Designing portfolio booklets, corporate portfolios, and premium marketing collateral.
Required Technical Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator.
- CorelDRAW
- Note: While we appreciate modern tools, Canva must not be your primary design tool. We are looking for original creators, not template-pickers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an agency or corporate environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing social media work, event posters, and logo design.
- Mindset: Ability to handle tight deadlines and high-pressure event timelines.
