Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Delhi, India. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for campaigns, social media, print materials, presentations, and web content that support SWF’s programs and initiatives. Daily responsibilities include developing concepts, designing graphics and layouts, refining brand visuals, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels. The role involves collaborating with program teams to translate messages into clear, engaging visuals, preparing files for print and digital distribution, and managing multiple design projects with varying timelines. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain an organized design library, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of SWF’s visual identity.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to maintain and evolve organizational identity.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design to create clear, readable, and engaging content.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret briefs, develop creative concepts, and present design options to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in nonprofit or social impact sectors is an advantage.
