Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Sanyukt Organisation is a full-time, on-site position based in Shahganj. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for campaigns, social media, print materials, and events that support the organization’s mission and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing graphics and layouts, refining branding elements, collaborating with program teams, and preparing files for digital and print use. The role also involves iterating on feedback, maintaining visual consistency across all communication channels, and contributing creative ideas to raise awareness and engage diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visuals for digital and print media.
- Hands-on ability in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design to ensure clear, accessible, and visually appealing communication.
- Experience using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals aligned with social-impact initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design work; prior experience in social sector or community-focused projects is a plus.
