Position Overview -
We’re seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio across both digital and print platforms. You’ll lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand visual output that communicates effectively and creatively. You should have a passion for design, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of how to translate marketing goals into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities -
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact design solutions for campaigns, branding, social media, web, email, packaging, and print materials.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design consistency.
- Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines for both internal and client-facing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Requirements -
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with responsive web design, UI/UX principles, and digital asset creation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
