Job Description
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for digital, print, branding, and campaigns
- Collaborate with Sr. Visualizer and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive visual communication
- Lead the visual development of multiple client brands across industries.
- Translate briefs into polished, creative, and brand-consistent outputs
- Guide junior designers and review their work for quality and accuracy
- Ensure timely delivery and version control across platforms and formats
- Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews
- Strategic thinking behind brand and campaign design
- Cross-platform design adaptation for performance marketing and branding
- Managing multi-brand visual consistency and quality at scale
Requirements
- Strong portfolio with proven work across digital, branding, and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to take ownership of design projects from brief to delivery
- Managing multi-brand visual consistency and quality at scale
- Leadership and mentoring in a creative team environment
- Enhancing visual storytelling through motion, UI, and evolving trends
