Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer (1–2 years experience) who can think creatively and execute ideas visually.
This role is not just about designing — it’s about understanding concepts and translating them into impactful visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives and marketing visuals
- Create brand assets (logos, menu cards, brand materials)
- Work on campaign concepts and visual storytelling
- Design YouTube thumbnails and digital creatives
- Understand client requirements and convert them into design outputs
- Collaborate with the creative team on ideas and execution
Example of the Role
If the brief is:
"Design a poster for a café brand that feels premium yet relatable."
You should be able to:
- Choose the right color palette
- Use appropriate typography
- Create a layout that reflects the brand tone
In short, translate ideas into design.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Familiarity with Canva and CorelDRAW
- Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for creative workflows
- Good sense of layout, typography, and color theory
