Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can manage end-to-end visual design requirements, primarily for social media , and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to transform marketing ideas into engaging, high-converting visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Campaign Creatives (Primary Focus)
- Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Create static posts, carousels, reels , story creatives, ad banners, thumbnails
- Develop campaign-based creative concepts
- Adapt designs for paid ads and performance marketing
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Reels, Video & Motion (Important)
- Create Instagram Reels and short-form video creatives
- Basic video editing for social media campaigns
- Add transitions, subtitles, and simple motion graphics
- Collaborate with content team for engaging short-form content
- Animation and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage
Digital & Marketing Collaterals
- Website banners and landing page graphics
- Email marketing creatives
- Google Ads display creatives
- Brochures, flyers, posters, and pitch decks
- Infographics and presentation designs
Branding & Creative Development
- Logo concepts and brand identity elements
- Support in creating brand guidelines
- Basic UI mockup support in coordination with web/app team
- Image editing and retouching
General Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing and content teams
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Stay updated with design trends and digital formats
- Deliver high-quality creatives aligned with client objectives
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar tools
- Experience with Canva for quick marketing creatives
- Strong typography and layout skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Good communication and time management skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
(Relevant certifications and strong portfolio will also be considered.)
Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or similar environment
- Proven portfolio showcasing social media, marketing creatives, and basic video work
