About the Job
We're seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our expanding team at Storage Technologies and Automation Limited (STAL) in Bengaluru. Your Next Role
- Creative Asset Development: Design and create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Digital Media Design: Develop graphics for social media campaigns, website banners, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all visual elements align with the Racks & Rollers brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling design solutions.
- Visual Strategy: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the visual output and user experience.
Your Skills And Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Core Knowledge: Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Software Mastery:
- Essential: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Advanced (Preferred): Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing software.
- Key Competencies: Exceptional creativity, a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong verbal communication skills.
