Job Summary:
We need a skilled Graphic Designer to create compelling visuals for digital campaigns, print materials, campus events, and branding initiatives. You'll collaborate with marketing, academics, and operations teams to produce student-centric designs that drive engagement and reflect PW's dynamic brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), posters, banners, brochures, and event collateral for PW Telangana campuses.
- Develop and maintain brand assets like logos, templates, infographics, and motion graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Coral Draw, Illustrator etc.
- Create educational visuals such as study aids, course promotional materials, and student achievement certificates.
- Collaborate on video thumbnails, email newsletters, and website banners to support recruitment and enrollment drives.
- Ensure all designs are culturally relevant, accessible, and optimized for print/digital formats.
- Manage design timelines, iterate based on feedback, and archive assets in shared drives (e.g., Google Workspace).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably in education or edtech.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Coral Draw; bonus for Figma, Canva, or Premiere Pro.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media graphics, and print designs.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and UI/UX principles.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics or animation for educational content.
- Familiarity with Telangana’s local culture for campus-specific designs.
- Knowledge of printing processes and vendor coordination.
