Job Description:
Proeze is looking for a creative and commercially-minded Graphic Designer to own the
visual identity of our brand across digital and print channels. This role is central to how
Proeze communicates with enterprise buyers, partners, and talent — and requires
someone who understands the nuance of designing for B2B audiences, not just
aesthetics. The ideal candidate comes with agency experience, having worked across
multiple brands simultaneously. They understand briefs, deadlines, and the discipline
of producing high-quality work at pace — balancing creative freedom with brand
guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end design of digital assets: LinkedIn carousels, social creatives,
emailers, banners, and campaign graphics
* Design presentation decks, pitch documents, and proposal templates for the
business development team
* Create infographics, data visualisations, and thought leadership visuals for content
marketing
* Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity system across all brand
touchpoints
* Collaborate with content writers to bring editorial ideas to life visually
* Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously, meeting deadlines without
compromising quality
* Maintain an organised asset library — templates, brand kit, icon sets, photography
* Support corporrate branding, employer branding creatives (hiring posts, culture
content, awards)
* Adapt brand assets for platform-specific formats (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
thumbnails)
Expectations:
* Deliver all social creatives within 1–2 hours of brief receipt
* Maintain 100% brand consistency — no off-brand assets to be published without
approval
* Proactively suggest visual improvements to existing templates and formats
* Handle a minimum of 3–4 active briefs simultaneously without drop in quality
* Attend weekly marketing syncs and contribute to creative ideation sessions
* Self-review all work thoroughly before submission — minimise revision cycles
* Stay updated on design trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor visual
strategies
Requirements:
* 2–4 years of graphic design experience, with at least 1–2 years in a design agency
(mandatory)
* Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B or corporate brand work across digital formats
* Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
* Proficiency in Canva Pro for rapid social asset creation
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
* Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
* Figma for UI mockups or web design collaboration
* Basic After Effects or motion graphics knowledge
* Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or IT services environments
* Pitch deck or investor presentation design experience
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
* Social creative turnaround — 1–2 hours per brief
* Campaign asset turnaround — 1–2 business days
* Monthly design output — Minimum 30–45 assets/month
* Brand consistency — Zero off-brand assets published
* Revision rate — ≤ 1 round of major revisions per asset
* High-impact campaign sets — Minimum 2 per quarter
* Stakeholder satisfaction — Positive internal feedback at quarterly review
