ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented In-House Graphic Designer to help build and maintain Priya-Ju’s visual identity across packaging, social media, digital campaigns, retail branding, and marketing materials.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong design sense, speed, consistency, and understanding of premium visual communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design social media creatives, campaign assets, and promotional material
• Create packaging layouts, labels, and product presentation designs
• Maintain consistency in Priya-Ju’s brand identity across all touchpoints
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and production teams for creative execution
• Design brochures, standees, POSM, banners, and retail branding assets
• Assist in shoot moodboards, campaign creatives, and visual concepts
• Work on marketplace creatives for platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
• Ensure all creatives are production-ready and aligned with brand standards

IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or related tools
• Good understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and color systems
• Experience in FMCG, food, lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred
• Ability to work fast without compromising design quality
• Understanding of social media design trends and digital-first content
• Strong execution mindset and attention to detail
