🎨 We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Packaging & Print)
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Pramara at our Mumbai office. This is an onsite role focused on designing product packaging, labels, manuals, and print materials for our educational toys.
📍 Location: Mumbai – Onsite (Office Work)
Key Responsibilities
• Design product packaging, labels, instruction manuals, inserts, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
• Create visually appealing packaging layouts aligned with brand identity
• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, margins, CMYK color profiles, and dielines
• Design clear and engaging instruction manuals for kids’ learning products
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, typography, layout, and print specifications
• Apply strong print production knowledge to ensure smooth manufacturing output
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
• Maintain organized design files and follow brand guidelines
• Coordinate with printing vendors when required
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print production and packaging design
• Experience in manual design and print layouts
• Knowledge of CMYK color modes, bleed, dielines, and print specifications
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience in product packaging, toy industry, or FMCG label design is a plus
• Understanding of branding and marketing design principles
• Experience designing for kids products or educational content is an advantage
