Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Nashik Road. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and website assets. The role includes developing logos and brand identities, selecting and refining typography, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all designs. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into clear, engaging visual outputs and prepare files for production or web use. Day-to-day tasks also involve iterating on feedback, maintaining design asset libraries, and staying updated on current design trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective layouts.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine brand identities for various clients.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in digital and print formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent software).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; formal education in design or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
