Role Description
- Design high-quality creatives for:
Instagram posts, reels covers, and stories
Website banners and product creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs (colors, fonts, style)
- Create ad creatives focused on conversions (performance marketing mindset)
- Use Canva and other tools (Photoshop / Illustrator) efficiently
- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) for:
Generating new content ideas
Creating unique visuals and concepts
- Edit product images to make them look premium and realistic
- Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns and content planning
- Stay updated with design trends and social media trends
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient in Canva (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator (preferred)
Core Competencies:
- Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
- Knowledge of social media content strategy
Experience Required:
- Designing ad creatives (Meta Ads / Instagram Ads)
- Product-based design work
Additional Skills:
- Basic understanding of AI tools for content creation
- Strong sense of color theory, typography, and layout design
- Ability to produce creative, high-quality work quickly
