What You’ll Do- Design scroll-stopping creatives for social media & digital campaigns
- Work on branding projects — logos, identity systems, packaging
- Create performance-driven ad creatives (static, carousel, banners)
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists & video team
- Translate ideas into strong visual storytelling
- Maintain consistency across brand guidelines
- Occasionally jump into motion/animation (bonus points)
What We’re Looking For- Strong design fundamentals (typography, color, layout)
- Good taste. Great attention to detail. No clutter creators.
- Ability to think concept-first, not just “make it look nice”
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of social media trends & ad formats
- Speed + quality (yes, both matter here)
