About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both static and motion design, with the ability to integrate AI tools seamlessly into the creative workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms (social media, ads, websites, campaigns)
- Create engaging motion graphics and basic animations for digital content
- Develop print-ready designs (brochures, flyers, branding materials, etc.)
- Work on branding projects including logo design, brand identity systems, and visual guidelines
- Integrate AI tools into design workflows to enhance efficiency and creative output
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver campaign creatives
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows
- Solid understanding of digital design, print design, branding, and motion principles
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience working in an advertising agency
- Experience in creating performance marketing creatives (ads, reels, short-form video content)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus
