Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Hybrid, Gurugram

Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Mon-Sat)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate should be able to translate marketing concepts into engaging visual designs that align with our brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design marketing creatives for social media, ads, websites, email campaigns, and landing pages
• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print marketing materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs
• Edit and improve existing designs based on feedback
• Prepare final design files for publishing or printing
• Stay updated with design trends and marketing best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design for marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with digital marketing creatives (social media posts, banners, ads)
• Basic understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layouts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Web3 experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Good communication and teamwork skills
