Role Overview
The Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager will be responsible for designing high-quality digital creatives and managing Parishram Vikas Trust’s online presence across multiple platforms.
This is a full time role ideal for someone who is visually creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about building strong brand stories through design and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design (60%)
- Create engaging graphics for social media, blogs, marketing campaigns, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and corporate branding.
- Design infographics, visual assets, and motion graphics (optional) aligned with Parishram Vikas Trust’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content, sales, and marketing teams to fulfill design requirements.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all digital platforms and materials.
- Support campaigns and marketing initiatives with creative visual content.
2. Social Media Management (40%)
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Develop monthly content calendars based on topics like Learning & Development (L&D), AI, Technical Writing, and industry insights.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement including comments, messages, and tags.
- Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media performance and brand visibility.
- Work closely with leadership to create strategic content that strengthens Parishram Vikas Trust’s brand authority.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or social media management (combined experience preferred).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva (Advanced)
- Figma (Optional but preferred)
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content strategies.
- Ability to write simple, professional captions in English.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual branding.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with initiative and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualities
- Interest in education, training, AI, or knowledge-based industries.
- Basic knowledge of short-form video editing or motion graphics (an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
